Smooth experience

First Class Agent
As a buyer, I came into the real estate game thinking I wouldn’t have any support from a sellers agent, as had been my case to date when viewing other properties. Purchased an Apartment in the City
Brad was easy to deal with. The information pack after the initial inquiry the best I have seen in the industry. Brad is very busy, making optimal times for the client not always possible, especially after the contract was signed. The only negative I have, I was promised a key to my mail box that never arrived at settlement, however, I didn't chase this up either. I would happily deal with Brad again.

Easy and comfortable
As a first home buyer I was ofcourse extremely nervous and had no idea about the process. Brad was quite good with explaining everything to me, keeping me updated and also handling my panic attacks. Between my good lender and having a good agent i think it was the easiest process i've had to experience in my life so far. Thank you for your professionalism and hard work.

Consummate Professional
Brad was absolutely professional in his approach to selling my property. He had great ideas for campaign strategies and for show house viewings. He always followed up with me regarding any viewings and kept me in the loop at all times. Although I did not achieve the sales price I had in mind, this was due to the current market state in Perth. I would recommend Brad as a sales agent without hesitation.

Great guy and fantastic agent! The best!
Even though it was a tough market I know Josh did everything he could to achieve a good result. His professional approach and fantastic advise is what made us choose him as an agent to begin with and had no regrets through the entire process. Josh kept us up to date and had an offer within 3 weeks. Such a down to earth guy it was a real pleasure working with him. Dan’s wealth of knowledge, experience and skills helped sell my property
