I found Brad to be highly organised, smart, great ideas & his recommendations ultimately led to the sale being achieved. I put my trust in him & it worked. My unit was particularly difficult (banks would only loan a maximum of 50%, 12 months maximum stay, nightmare strata managers, huge strata fees that kept increasing & a tricky buyer).
