I found Brad to be highly organised, smart, great ideas & his recommendations ultimately led to the sale being achieved. I put my trust in him & it worked. My unit was particularly difficult (banks would only loan a maximum of 50%, 12 months maximum stay, nightmare strata managers, huge strata fees that kept increasing & a tricky buyer). Brad knew his market & the only type of buyer (rare) that would be remotely attracted to this ancient ruin of a building. Yes the price was not what I would have liked but that is a result of the market not anything you didn't do. I count myself lucky you managed to sell it.
