Fantastic throughout the process
Dan was fantastic throughout, from initial appraisal and sales strategy to organising renovations, cleaning, staging and marketing. The property sold for a price above our expectations at the first home open and the whole process (from initial meeting to settlement) was completed in less than 6 weeks. I couldn't be happier with Dan and will recommend him going forward.

Professional but Friendly!
I chose Arena Real Estate to recently sell my apartment and was matched up with Dan Sharp. On meeting Dan I was immediately pleased as he has such a strong knowledge of the real estate market. Dan clearly explained the marketing, sales and strata requirements working closely with me for an excellent outcome. He liaised well with all parties and his presentation with good wording on the advertisement, professional but friendly sales approach definitely got results. Delivered again!
Daniel recommended some light renovations and helped me arrange this as I was located interstate. Knowledgeable and helpful
I met Daniel once when he was sourcing the new builds in the property market almost 10 years ago and he continued to send me property updates in the area. Not pushy, never cold called. 10 years when on I wanted to sell my property I contacted Daniel. He was fantastic. He came up with the marketing strategy and was very accomodating to my suggestions. Daniel dedicated time and effort, even when he was on his holidays, into selling the property and driving up the sale price. I recommend Daniel, he will work with you putting you first and his honesty is hard to find in this business .
