Friendly, efficient and highly proficient
Had an excellent, efficient and painless experience selling my property with Dan. I applaud Dan for his dedication towards ensuring clear communication with me which is no small feat given I was juggling a new(ish) born and not always able to attend to calls. There was a quick change over between tenant exiting the premises and buyer moving in and Dan was invaluable with staying on top of all the details required to keep the buyer satisfied and for settlement to move seamlessly through the processes. Made selling our apartment a breeze
Dan was fantastic throughout the entire process. From our initial meeting, to explaining the different sales strategies available to us, and making sure we were comfortable with the strategy we ended up choosing. As we were selling the apartment untenanted Dan recommended a number of stylist to stage the apartment, and once we had made our choice did all the coordinating with the stylist to ensure our apartment looked fantastic for the open homes. Dan was always prompt to answer queries and provide feedback after the open homes. Once we had a buyer (with a higher price than we initially thought possible) Dan made the back and forth between us and the seller significantly easier than we were expecting.

Great Result
I had met Dan a number of years ago when he did an appraisal for me and we had stayed in touch occasionally to discuss the market. When it came time to sell, Dan was good with communication, very knowledgeable about the area and we got a good sale price! It was a fairly smooth process too, which was great!
