From our initial meeting, to explaining the different sales strategies available to us, and making sure we were comfortable with the strategy we ended up choosing. As we were selling the apartment untenanted Dan recommended a number of stylist to stage the apartment, and once we had made our choice did all the coordinating with the stylist to ensure our apartment looked fantastic for the open homes. Dan was always prompt to answer queries and provide feedback after the open homes. Once we had a buyer (with a higher price than we initially thought possible) Dan made the back and forth between us and the seller significantly easier than we were expecting.
