Sean did an excellent job selling my first home. I found him to be very reliable, and was really impressed by his regular communication and the time and effort he put into keeping me updated which was particularly important to me as an interstate seller. Though drawn out due to poor market conditions, the process was painless for the most part and I felt very reassured that Sean was putting in the hard work to get me a good outcome. I have found Realmark Central in general to be an outstanding agency (including their property management services), but Sean did an especially great job and I would not hesitate to recommend him as a selling agent to anyone.

Great Service
Brad has shown a high standard of professionalism in dealing with him in the purchase of our unit. Easily contactable by phone and emails. Returned calls promptly when he was not available to answer the phone. Answered all our questions personally and directly and sought the answers to the ones he din't have. A great agent, very easy to work with
Brad was the real estate agent in charge of a property I recently purchased. He was very helpful throughout all the process, and was rather accommodating. Negotiations with him and the owner of the property were transparent and thoroughly recorded. He provided all the documentation required in a timely manner and was also quite cordial and easy to talk to.

Excellence at a distance!
My experience with Brad was probably a little bit different to most in that until today I have never actually met him! I was interested in buying an investment property, however as I am living overseas all my communication with Brad was via e-mail. Despite the challenges of distance and an 11 hour time zone difference my experience with Brad and his team could not have been better. Of particular note was Brad's prompt communication and thorough responses to all of my queries. It was clear to me that Brad has an excellent knowledge of the Perth City real estate market and his expertise and guidance made "remote purchasing" a relatively painless process. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy property in the Perth City area.

Painless Sale
