My experience with Brad was probably a little bit different to most in that until today I have never actually met him! I was interested in buying an investment property, however as I am living overseas all my communication with Brad was via e-mail. Despite the challenges of distance and an 11 hour time zone difference my experience with Brad and his team could not have been better.
