Great Result
I had met Dan a number of years ago when he did an appraisal for me and we had stayed in touch occasionally to discuss the market. When it came time to sell, Dan was good with communication, very knowledgeable about the area and we got a good sale price! It was a fairly smooth process too, which was great!

Exceeded expectations on a challenging property.
Dan is very professional and personable. He had a tough job selling a unique apartment for a property valuer but he excelled. He kept me well informed during the campaign, presented it perfectly and got it sold quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Dan again.

Faith restored
Over 10 years of owning investment properties Dan actually rebuilt my faith in finding an agent that works with dignity. He shared interest in selling my property in Perth for years, not once did I feel hassled. Upon deciding to sell his honest approach in property value backed by commitment to find the right buyer was second to none in my experience. My only regret is hustling hustling his best price as he worked like it was top dollar. Much respect to Dan and the team.

Amazing team
Brad, Josh and the team made the process as easy and straight forward as possible. The guys are extremely approachable, explained processes etc. and were willing to help at every turn. Even though a few hiccups were met during the O&A/settlement phase, the guys’ open communication ensured that you remained looked after. Definitely a team you would want in your corner.
