Throughout our 9 months searching for a place to live, we went to over 36 inspections and applied for 54 houses. No agents would ever reply to us, we would never get messages or have calls answered or any communication when we reached out, simply “your unsuccessful” emails. Claire has been truly a diamond in the rough for us, helping us through the transition and setting us up for success in our first ever rental home. Not only did she show us around the property and let us know how to protect the home, she also invited our dog along for the tour and was very inviting and comforting. When we initially replied, she reached out and gave us tips and tricks for applying and always answered any questions we had.
