We couldn’t be happier with the superb job done by Walter and his team. We’re in Auckland but had to sell our aunt’s house in Sydney so access was impossible with the Covid situation. Luckily we have some very helpful cousins in Sydney who recommended Walter… and from there we were in good hands. He’s very professional, an excellent communicator and we were kept well informed throughout the process. He advised on how best to present the house, the cousins pitched in to help and the open homes were well attended. By auction day Walter had lined up several bidders but we were still blown away by the auction itself, certainly the most exciting auction we’ve ever attended even though we had to watch online. It was a fantastic result - ka pai Walter!

We are the solicitors who acted for our client who was selling and entering a nursing home. I have dealt with many agents in my years as a lawyer. The service that Walter and his team provided at Argy was second to none. It was personal, it was professional and it was efficient. Walter took considerable time to sit with our client and explain all the details about the sale and the auction in a way that our client was a able to understand. Once all the paperwork was done it was the lead up to the auction and the auction. There were always lots of people viewing the property at open houses and also Walter had on several occasions arranged for private viewings for people unable to attend the open houses to show them through personally. At the auction , my goodness, the large crowd of people that attended and the many people who registered as bidders resulted in this property selling for way over its expected price. The result was a direct outcome of the efforts of Walter and his team.
