We owned a units in Gymea which was managed by Argy Property for about 12 years, when we disseated to sell all we did inform Walter from Argy Property and within 4 weeks our unit was sold at a top price. Within the period that the property was advertised for sale, they kept me inform of the number of inspections, all offers, and copy of each advertisement emailed to us. In other words we new step by step the progress of the sale. In the 12 years that our property was Managed by Argy Property all our communication were excellent, now we have purchase another property from them and with out hesitation when it settle we will have Argy Property to let it and manage it
