From the very beginning Sam provided me such reassurance that he was fit for the job. I was given a professional profile which included comparisons in the market in our area and was honest as to where my property would fit in and the result I would be likely to expect. There was a feeling about Sam that made me feel assured and confident that I was in more than capable hands. Sam provided a marketing breakdown plan which he followed to the end. This recipe provided an end result that he had indicated from the start. Sam communicated regularly so I was never unsure what was happening with the sale, even to the point when he went on leave who was taking over and even during his absence this communication continued. I cannot recommend Sam highly enough and am so grateful for how easy this process was made thanks to his genuineness and passion for what he does.
