Excellent communication from start to finish, and very genuine.

From my first inspection through to settlement, Bella was exeptional. She was always approachable, responsive and willing to help, no matter how many questions I asked. Her knowledge of the market and the buying process gave me confidence every step of the way. Bella worked hard on my behalf and was instrumentl in helping me secure the property at a price I was comfortable with. Her professionalism, communication and genuhine commitment to achieving the best outcome made her a standout in the industry. What particularly stood out was the personal touch she brought to the experience. It was so thoughtful of her to call and invite me to meet her at the property to place the SOLD sign on the for sale board - a special moment that made me feel valued and part of the journey. Excellent communicator, responsive, honest, trustworthy

During the process of selling our house I found Bella to be the most wonderful agent. I had trust in her opinion and felt she had our best interests at heart. She was fantastic at communicating with honest feedback from potential buyers, excellent knowledge of the market and continual updates on navigating the next step forward to securing a sale. Excellent communicator and committed to the end!

From the very beginning Sam provided me such reassurance that he was fit for the job. I was given a professional profile which included comparisons in the market in our area and was honest as to where my property would fit in and the result I would be likely to expect. There was a feeling about Sam that made me feel assured and confident that I was in more than capable hands. Sam provided a marketing breakdown plan which he followed to the end. This recipe provided an end result that he had indicated from the start. Sam communicated regularly so I was never unsure what was happening with the sale, even to the point when he went on leave who was taking over and even during his absence this communication continued. I cannot recommend Sam highly enough and am so grateful for how easy this process was made thanks to his genuineness and passion for what he does.
