Kingston blew the competitors for our sale out of the park but not the usual way. He was quietly confident of a great result for our family home’s sake but not showy or pushy in any way. When we first met (8 hours after an initial phone call!) he produced a detailed document on our potential sale - what we might expect and what others in the neighbourhood had arranged. However he ALSO produced a full report on the home we were considering buying and information on the suburb we hoped to purchase in.
