Arnold Property has been an excellent real estate agency, they respond quickly, clearly and concisely. Every time I have called or emailed I am met with friendliness, warmth and professionalism from their agents. As a young person with less experience they are considerate and explain processes when needed, every process goes smoothly and without issue. I feel as though they put time and effort into their tenants and could not recommend them more.

As a landlord, I was very impressed with the efforts, advice and excellent communication received from Arnolds Property in recently leasing out our property. The service we received from both Emily and Ally was amazing with progress updates provided regularly. Arnold property was really supportive in seeking consult from the owner when we requested. We had issues with dead possums and electricity faults and they promptly organised their repair/removals. We have nothing bad specifically to say, but the service just felt a lacking in experience and personality. The notice to vacate felt very harsh and unsympathetic, to the point and by the book in a very tough time for us. Particularly when we were genuinely great tenants who left the place in better condition than when we found it.
