About Steve

Steve was born in Newcastle so he knows this city better than most. His real estate career began in 1987 following 13 years in the finance industry. After working for 4 years for another Agent he truly believed he could provide a better service, this is when he started his own business in 1991 and have prospered ever since. Steve prides himself on delivering 1 on 1 personal service to his clients. When Steve’s not at work he likes to watch an AFL game and spending time with his 4 sons & grandchildren.

About Emily

Emily has been at Arnold Property since 2008, she is an experienced Licensed Agent (and JP for NSW) with a long colourful history of working in the real estate industry for the one Company, working her way up to Office Manager. Skilled in both Property Management and Sales, Emily handles various roles within the office as Office Manager. She also liaises with both Landlords and Tenants, overseeing the Property Management department with accounts, maintenance, leasing & assisting with reports and inspections. A bit more about Emily: Emily has a strong passion for Cancer Awareness, being also the owner of F Cancer Australia, whilst also working with Cancer Council to bring to Newcastle Relay for Life. In her spare time Emily likes to catch up with friends & family.

About Aleisa

Aleisa joined our team in 2025 and is in training to become a Property Manager. Aleisa, or Ally as we call her, is assisting in managing areas in Newcastle out to Swansea location. Ally’s role includes; Liaising with clients, inspecting homes, leasing & finalising tenancies in her portfolio. When Ally is not at work she enjoys seeing family, playing volleyball and spending time with her cat.

Jenna joined our team in 2025 and is in training to become a Property Manager. Jenna, originally from New Zealand, is assisting in managing areas in Newcastle district including New Lambton, Waratah, Kotara, Cardiff, Wallsend out to Maitland area. Jenna’s role includes; Liaising with clients, inspecting homes, leasing & finalising tenancies in her portfolio. When Jenna is not at work, she loves exploring the beaches and Newcastle, getting to know her new locals better.

About Lacey

Lacey is one of our friendly Assistant Agents, gaining her Certificate of Registration in 2025. Lacey has a passion for Real estate and is working towards her further qualifications. Lacey is qualified in administration and assists with duties such as liaising with tenants, leasing assistance, documentation preparation, key filing, while also liaising with the Agents. When Lacey isn’t at work she likes to spend time with family & friends.

Ticked all boxes but lacked personality

Arnold property was really supportive in seeking consult from the owner when we requested. We had issues with dead possums and electricity faults and they promptly organised their repair/removals. We have nothing bad specifically to say, but the service just felt a lacking in experience and personality. The notice to vacate felt very harsh and unsympathetic, to the point and by the book in a very tough time for us. Particularly when we were genuinely great tenants who left the place in better condition than when we found it.

I have found the team at Arnold Property to be friendly and on task in handling issues of interest.

Arnold property have followed up on: 1) a visit to the property 2) issues concerning the roof, and interior ceiling. 3) when required communicating to Raine and Horne as Strata managers.

Great team to work with

The team at Arnold Property have always been very responsive and attentive to my rental needs.
