Its been a pleasant surprise so far. From the initial open on a Saturday, I submitted a T1form Sunday. By Monday afternoon I was offered the rental! So kudos to Arrow for a streamline efficient process. I also thought the inspection report was amazingly detailed, more than a hundred photos and comprehensive. I have had a number of challenges with my property and Kim has handled it with total professionalism, great communication and honest feedback. Kim advised about the market movement and I left the rental rate to her professional opinion and she found a tenant without the property being vacant. The rental value was slightly lower than what I was getting, but the fact the property wasn’t vacant means I am probably better off than trying to maintain the same rental rate as before. I would highly recommend Kim and Arrow Estate Agents to manage your property.
