I will say this, that Taylah and Kim have been absolutely and positively ; assertive , helpful, reassuring, understanding and simply , what one would anticipate as, your corresponding agent, regarding g the leasing vs tenant negotiations !!!! It has been annoyingly frustrating and complicated at times owner vs tenant and vice / verser in authorising the basic essentials of a brand new home in a brand new dwelling. However disfunctional the transaction ‘owner/agent/leasee ‘ Taylah & Kim have managed to deliver the transactions with support and patience also understanding !!! Credit to you both and THANKYOU !!

I am the tenant which is managed by Arrow Real Estate and the property manager is Kim Stokes. I have had previous dealing with other Real Estates and without a doubt, Arrow Real Estate and Kim Stokes have been the best by far!!! Arrow Estate Agents have managed my property for the last few months. I have had no issues so far. Communication is great, they organise any repairs or additions to property at a very decent price. They have provided good tenants that will be in property for long term. The pricing is very streamlined and there are no hidden charges for every email/discussion you have with the agent.
