We interviewed a number of agents who are well known in the Toowong market. We chose Jonathan because he listened to what we thought, he did not attempt to tell us what to do but did provide sound advice to guide our expectations. The agents we interviewed had very similar thoughts about what the house was worth. Jonathan did not advise us to spend a lot of money on painting and styling and Conias paid for the advertising. He remained responsive and highly professioal throughout the process and achieved a remarkable outcome in a softening market.
