Once Arthur became aware of my situation, whereby my long term tennants had decided to leave, and me being overseas and without a job, Arthur listened to my story and took action straight away, to resolve what was looking to be a stressful time. It was a few weeks before Christmas, the agency was due to close so he commenced the process of finding new tennants immediately keeping me informed along the way. Happy to say that the situation was resolved satisfactory and in speedy timeframe. Really appreciated that Arthur took into consideration my situation and did what he could in his control to help me immediately. Thank You

Jenny has been looking after my property and I highly recommend her as she goes beyond her job title , with informing me and advising me nothing isnt impossible in Jenny hands . Arthur took the time to come meet me and share his knowledge of what was best for my property . I appreciate all that Jenny has done , from making this soo easy if it’s emailing or calling she is so prompt and helpful no matter the time she is also there to talk , help and answer my questions . Our rental property was rented on the same day it was advertised and before our sign went up. Our Property Manager, Arthur, showed a prospective tenant it on the same day that it hit the internet and, after our approval, had them signed within two days and paying rent within four days. Obviously, we were very impressed at rent payments arriving so rapidly. Looking forward to a great landlord experience with Arthur and Robert R Andrew Campsie.

After over 10 years of smooth tenancy, my property took a turn when the tenant breached his lease, refused to vacate, and completely trashed the unit — to the point it was barely recognisable. What could have been a nightmare was handled brilliantly by Jim, Arthur, and the team. They took control of everything: lodging the sheriff’s application, managing the full renovation, advising on where to invest in upgrades to improve appeal, and even submitting my insurance claim. Arthur kept in regular contact with updates and reassurance throughout. He told me this situation ranked in the top five worst he’d seen in his career — yet somehow we often ended up laughing about how bad it was. His ability to bring humour and lightness into a stressful time made the process unexpectedly memorable and far easier to navigate. Amazingly, within just a few weeks of the eviction, a new tenant had signed the lease. RRAC has managed my property for over 10 years, and this experience only reaffirmed why I’ve stayed with them so long. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care are second to none. Recently we required works to be carried out to our rental property prior to open inspection for leasing. Arthur was quick, informative and very knowledgeable providing quotes and advice in a timely manner. All works were arranged and completed stress free allowing our property to be available for weekend open inspections. Following inspections we received a call to discuss applications and within a short period of time we had a new tenant. Arthur was in contact with us daily until we had all works complete and a new tenant. We highly recommend Arthur and the team at Robert R Andrew Campsie for their knowledge and professionalism.
