I’d highly suggest working with Robert R Andrew Agency, especially Frank Zhang. He was wonderful when we rented with the agency, super helpful and kind. Whatever concerns we had, we can just tell him and he’s always willing to help us. Even when we were finding a new place to stay, he patiently searched for an apartment within our budget and showed us the apartments we wanted to inspect at any time of day. Such a warm hearted agent, we need more Franks in the rental market!! Overall, our experience with Robert R Andrew was wonderful because of him.

The Campsie team at Robert R Andrew have managed my property for over 10 years. Though the managers have changed over the years, each one has been professional, responsive, and able to advise me about current market conditions. Frank Zhang managed the recent renovations and I appreciate his prompt communication, flexibility with his time, and how efficient he was.

The team rented our property within a week when the market was extremely slow recovering from COVID. The process was seamless from start to finish, couldn’t recommend the rentals team highly enough.

I recently had applied for rental of property and I am absolutely delighted to share my experience. Their exceptional market knowledge and unwavering professionalism truly set them apart. From the moment I inspected the property, the agent's professionalism and market knowledge about how to process was evident right from the beginning. Their attention to detail and prompt communication were outstanding. They consistently kept me updated about the status of my application and their proactive approach ensured that all required documents along with my application was submitted. This process ensured both parties were fully satisfied about renting the property, and most importantly safety in all aspects guaranteed. Particularly, the property manager guided me through each step of the rental process with a level of dedication that exceeded my expectations. They carefully explained the terms and conditions, answered all my questions, and provided guidance that made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. In a nutshell, I would say I was fully satisfied with their market knowledge and exemplary professionalism.
