Above and Beyond
Being inexperienced, I was very cautious when entering into an agreement with Timothy. I asked to contact some recent sellers and spoke with 2 of them, who rated him highly. I signed on and Timothy exceeded my expectations. He made the whole process easy. He worked well with my tenants in place. He communicated regularly. His expectations of $ were based on available data, and he achieved what he said he would. He has always made time for my questions, and even after the sale was completed, has offered some guidance on purchasing in another area. This really was above and beyond what he needed to do. I am very grateful for his efforts, and recommend him to anyone interested in selling their property.
