Sweet on the outside - but a tough professional through and through
We engaged Moira to sell our investment property in September 2023 - she did so in a nervous market and through clever marketing, persistence and hard-nosed negotiation she achieved significantly more than we originally expected. She saved us from negative equity. Moira kept us up to date all the way through and more than earned her commission.

Stress free

Tim's a real estate veteran and knows the business inside and out, his instincts are great and really helped us navigate the process. His honesty and constant communication as to how things were developing over the course of the campaign was very much appreciated, and it felt like he was on top of the constantly-changing information which made us feel more at ease. Shaun and team did an excellent job, and we were very happy with the sale price.
Shaun and team did an excellent job, and we were very happy with the sale price. We were given very good pre-sale guidance on what we needed to do to achieve the best result. We were then kept up to date throughout the whole process through phone calls and on the Ray White app, showing details of viewings, contract holders etc. We were looked after well on auction day. Price guidance was pretty much on the mark from start to finish. Very happy!

Timothy is a fantastic agent who we can thoroughly recommend to others.
