Mr Ercan Ersan of Ray White Real Estate Erskineville was engaged by myself to sell my property at 69/11 Wigram Lane Glebe NSW. He was ably assisted by his team. Mr Ersan was thoroughly professional in all his dealings with me and was pleasant to work with. He successfully organised the sales/auction process and open houses. Mr Ersan ensured that I was kept well informed both by frequent telephone calls and emails. He was instrumental in helping to achieve the price that I wanted.

Ercan came highly recommended having sold a neighbours property. He takes time to appraise your specific situation without being pushy and providing an honest appraisal of the market. We were involved as purchaser and vendor so have a great insight into his strategy and marketing ideas. Ultimately we trusted him to provide an excellent outcome for all parties involved. Highly recommended

I found Mathew easy to talk to and he listened to my thoughts on how we wanted things done. He has a wonderful staff who communicated between him and each other to get things done with amazing timing always keeping me up to date on what was happening. I had painters ,carpet layers ,cleaners ,sanders and dressers, all provided by Ray White agency. Marketing was great.

As a buyer we are always weary of the selling agent. We found Chris to be a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, honest and reliable replying to calls or emails promptly. Even though he was the vendor’s agent, we felt he had our back too. We will definitely go to him for our next purchase or sale. Thank you again Chris for your honesty.

His knowledge of the Inner West market and his contact base, along with his professionalism allowed us to achieve a great result at auction, significantly above my reserve price. He was always forthcoming with information and trends along the campaign, and was always available to answer any questions that arose from me. I don’t believe I would have achieved the same result with another agent!

Moria has sold both of our properties - delivering an outstanding result on each occasion. She takes the time to understand the needs and personalities of not only her vendors but also the buyers, which means her success stems from telling the truth, building trust and respect and drawing upon these genuine relationships to deliver an outstanding outcome for all parties. I am confident that it is this integrity and care, which is the key to her success. Trust creates value and delivers results and Moria’s hard work, intelligence and enthusiastic commitment ensures excellent outcomes for all.

If you read Tim's agent bio, he 100% delivers on his mission. He's consistent, honest and achieves results. He is a clear and frequent communicator and incredibly hard working. Tim is responsive to pretty much anything that comes up during the process, without breaking stride. We know this from experience anyway, because Tim sold another property for us in the Inner West a while ago. Very highly recommended, a real pleasure to work with.

I was having to sell the family home of 40 years, a loved and unusual place that has brought much joy. So it was a difficult time and full of emotion. From my first meeting with Shaun I knew he really understood what this meant. Shaun’s extensive knowledge and experience of the market proved invaluable. While the main focus and need was getting the very best financial outcome, the personal was never lost. He and his skilled team got the right balance between looking out for my needs and achieving what was an exceptional level of interest through their creative and extensive marketing campaign. Always warm in greeting and a desire to be helpful, they communicated well as they juggled the irregularity of private viewing times. I can’t speak highly enough of Shaun’s care and astuteness. Trust is something you need to have with an agent, and Shaun was deserving of mine. During what was a difficult selling period in a tight market, I knew that he was working to achieve the very best for me. This became a reality on Auction day, with a wonderful Auctioneer, James Keenan, guiding the momentum, in sync with Shaun, to bring about such a positive outcome. It couldn’t have been better. So my warmest thanks Shaun and the team at Erskineville for your amazing consistent enthusiasm and for all that you achieved for us.

Selling a house is a daunting prospect, but Shaun made the whole process as easy as possible, and we were very happy with the result. He showed great knowledge of the market, and worked hard throughout the whole campaign. Thanks Shaun!

No task, request, or desired price is too big for Shaun. We had the easiest experience with Shaun selling our house off-market. All of our opens were incredibly busy, and Shaun was able to achieve our target price within only three weeks. We could not recommend Shaun enough if you are looking to sell or buy in the Inner West area. The devil works hard, but Shaun Stocker works harder!
