Tim has done amazing work for us throughout the process in a tough market. Tim's professional and friendly attitude went a long way to us choosing to work with him. He was excellent at getting back to us in tight timeframes, everything that was promised was done in a timely manner. His knowledge of the local and surrounding areas was second to none along with his social media and data knowledge. Our children also enjoyed his playful company in our meetings, with one deciding he would look better with water tipped all over his shirt, even with this setback Tim remained the absolute professional making a funny joke to get the kids laughing away. We had been looking to purchase a property for a little while and had a range of different experiences (mostly negative) dealing with real estate agents. Tim was a breath of fresh air. Above all, I felt as though Tim was candid and honest in our dealings with him - there was no subterfuge or reading between the lines. Tim made sure that he got to know our needs as a family and was attentive to that journey, showing patience along the way! Tim took time to share his obviously deep knowledge of the local market, area and the individual property. That delicate 'sales pitch' meant that we really felt like we could take a lot of confidence from our dialogue with Tim. We just bought our new house through Ercan and his team and the experience was outstanding. Ercan has a great memory and knows every street in this area and the houses and what they sold for! He remembers everything! When we found this house Ercan said it would be the one for us. I didn't think so at the time - but he has proven to be right- we love it! We also sold our apartment through Ercan and Astrid and they were equally as professional selling as they were helping us to buy.
