A strong result in a tough market
Thank you Ercan & team for pulling off such a solid price in this unpredictable market. I have dealt with Ercan as a buyer on many occasions, however as a vendor I was truly able to appreciate his uncanny intuition and negotiation skills. Ercan kept us informed of every buyer movement throughout the campaign, and knew the precise moment to pounce on a pre-auction offer...a huge relief with a rate rise scheduled a few days before our auction. Clear communication - great result
It is a significant thing to entrust another person with the sale of your home. For us, selling with Matthew and "Team Carvalho" was a great experience. Matthew was clear in all his communications, gave us an accurate and realistic appraisal, and then fulfilled all our expectations. We sold for a really good price in a tricky market. We never felt "managed" either in agreeing to sell with Ray White Erskineville, nor in the final negotiations of the sale price. We put our trust in Matthew and got a great result.

The reale estate agent you dream to have
Before selling my house I intervened 3 agents. Mathew's agent stood out. Throughout the process Matthew, and his team, have done an excellent job. They have kept me in the loop in all proceedings. I was pleased from the start but in the back of my mind I thought, "this aint gunna last". Well it did and my impression hasn't changed an iota. I sold my home for less than I had hoped, but at a fair price given the climate at the time. Matthew and I shared the negotiation process, I didn't ever think he was taking over or steam roiling me. Matthew has left me with a new found respect for real estate agents Well done Matthew and your team

Extremely happy with our experience with Shaun and his team

Pleasure to work with him and his team
Ercan and the team at Ray White Erskineville were great to work with throughout the process of selling my place. From the start, communication was great and attentive, which made things very easy. All the fine details were always attended to throughout. Ercan's assistant Kyle was absolutely excellent in preparing the house for sale – he gets things done efficiently and effectively, and has a handle on tradies like a conductor does an orchestra. Overall, they were a great team to work with who I'd recommend to other sellers.
