Chris secured a great off market price for me in a difficult market. This was down to the strength of his database and his knowledge of the building and comparable sales in the area. Chris is an excellent communicator and at no time throughout the process did he exert any pressure on me to revise my price expectations. Instead, he worked hard to deliver on his initial prediction. Chris provided regular updates without me having to ask for them. In terms of agents, I found Chris to be incredibly switched on and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Even though my husband and I were overseas on the day of purchase, Tim and the Erskineville Ray White team communicated clearly and efficiently so that we had every chance of purchasing our dream home. Tim was able to co-ordinate all the right steps quickly on a Saturday afternoon, which meant we were able to put in our official offer and make the required payments to secure the house (all before we were going to lose international reception for the next 8 hours!) We are so thankful that he was able to bring everything together so quickly and we couldn’t be happier with our new home. After the sale, he made every effort to ensure we had a smooth transition leading up to settlement, following up any of our questions or needs promptly. We would definitely work with Tim again!
