I walked past an open day one day and spoke with some people who were at the open held by Shaun Stoker. They said "the seller would get an amazing price for their property because Shaun Stoker was the agent" I had been thinking of selling and that comment cemented it for me. I would use Shaun. the same day I bumped in to one of his team in the local supermarket and the rest is history! Shaun came to my house told me what he thought the property was worth and that he would do his utmost to get it. He gave me contacts to help with Styling, removals, the Landscaping, Maintenance.
