I selected Shaun Stoker because he has the reputation for being the only agent to sell your house with in this area. I walked past an open day one day and spoke with some people who were at the open held by Shaun Stoker. They said "the seller would get an amazing price for their property because Shaun Stoker was the agent" I had been thinking of selling and that comment cemented it for me. I would use Shaun. the same day I bumped in to one of his team in the local supermarket and the rest is history! Shaun came to my house told me what he thought the property was worth and that he would do his utmost to get it. He gave me contacts to help with Styling, removals, the Landscaping, Maintenance. I contacted them and they were there within a day. The team were exceptional and amazing value. They had everything ready to go in a week. Every open Shaun and his team were there. After every open he called or spoke to me about how it was progressing. He knew exactly what was happening, who was in the market to buy and how much they had to spend. He was in touch with the buyers all the time and when there were 30 couples outside my house he and his team went back to the office and called everyone of them for feedback. The campaign lasted for 4 weeks and as it progressed Shaun also managed my expectations. On the day of the Auction he delivered over the price he said he would, It was an amazing price, $175k over reserve. I chose Shaun to do the job I trusted him and left him to do what he is good at. He has an amazing set of skills, he knows his market inside out, he works hard and long hours for his client, he earns every cent and that's why I believe he has a well earned exceptional reputation in his profession. Ercan was great, what you see is what you get. A guy full of energy and passion for the Inner west. He knows exactly when other properties are coming onto the market so his knowledge of when to sell is essential and exact . Personally I most enjoyed working with his team, this ranged from office staff, painters, cleaners, stylists, photographers and more. There was barely a day that didn't go by that you didn't hear from him or one of his team members with an update. We met Ercan many years ago when trying to buy a property that he managed.
