We found Moira through Rate My Agent and after reading all the amazing reviews, we got in touch with her... from the moment we spoke, we hit it off and knew she was the agent for us. Moira is experienced, professional, honest and trustworthy. Thank you for guiding us and making our journey an enjoyable one with a great outcome.

Chris is extremely professional and has great knowledge of the apartment market in Erskinevile and the Inner West. He set clear and accurate expectations up front and kept us well updated throughout the sales process. Chris and the team at Ray White are great operators and have provided a first-class service each time we have used them to sell a property.

Shaun was highly professional and able to help us achieve a great price for our terrace in Erskineville. His knowledge of the industry was excellent and he has a great team who supported us to get our home ready to sell. Shaun communicated with us regularly and was very responsive to our queries. The whole experience was positive and I’m very happy to recommend Shaun to future vendors.

As I have not sold a home for 30 years Shaun and Moiras very professional approach was most reassuring for me as an older client. Their communication skills including excellent listening skills were first class. Not only did my house sell in 9 days but Moiras great organisational skills and her genuine caring was very much appreciated. A brilliant team! Carmel van Oort

Matt has helped us sell and buy a few times over the years. The most recent experience being very satisfying using Matt’s experience and knowledge to develop a winning strategy necessary to get a fast result, given we wanted to sell quickly with only a few weeks before Xmas in COVID market. Matt is skilled at customer relationships and supporting both parties to get a mutually beneficial outcome. So whether buying or selling, Matt’s guidance and market knowledge is valuable.

Matthew was recommended to me as the only person to turn to if you're selling a house in the inner west and I now know why. It was the first time we had sold a house and he made us feel confident from the start. His advice was spot on. And his team was like a well-oiled machine. Everything happened efficiently and quickly, which is what our circumstance demanded. Most importantly we got a great result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as the only person to turn to if you're selling a house in the inner west!

Matthew and his team were amazing from day 1. Professional, on the ball, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and on top of it. Matthew & Bryar's communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and we always felt that we were kept in the loop...we knew we were in good hands and totally trusted in Matthew and his team. Our property was listed and sold within one week, and we could not be happier. We had several reasons for listing our home with Matthew. Firstly, we met him many years ago at an auction we attended. He remained in touch with us every once in a while, just to say hi and see where we were at. We really liked his personable, friendly and warm approach. He was always the perfect balance of friendly yet professional. Secondly, we have followed Matthew's sales results over the years, and the proof is in the pudding! When considering agents, we chose Matthew as we knew he would achieve great results, and we also wanted the experience of selling our first home to be as pleasant as possible. We also considered the experience of the purchaser, and felt that Matthew was great on both sides (as both a vendor's agent and purchaser's agent). We are extremely happy with the overall experience or listing our home with Matthew and his wonderful team, and would VERY highly recommend them.

Chris brought us a great buyer for our property off market. We held fast to the price range we wanted (and our price expectations due to previous sales in the building), and we managed to negotiate a record price for the apartment complex and for the suburb. Chris is friendly, professional, communicates well, responds promptly and has a great knowledge of the local property market. Chris achieved a great result for us and we are happy!

My wife and I had an outstanding experience with Matthew and his team (Bianca and Bryar). Matthew was recommended to us by a colleague at work. In saying this, we did our own research and met with other agents before deciding to use Matthew. Not only was Matthew cost competitive, he came across as very genuine and trustworthy. We felt that he didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear, rather he was on our team and would do the best job he could to market our property, find the buyers and secure the best possible price. One of the highlights of the process was the marketing of the property. In addition to the photos, Matthew shot a video tour of our property which not only provided a great overview of the home, but of the suburb and the lifestyle that the future owner would get to enjoy. I honestly believe this video helped to get prospective buyers through the door. The 4-week campaign went exceptionally well with our first opening getting 30+ people through the door. Throughout the campaign, Matthew kept us well informed and met with us face to face on a regular basis. Matthew was just genuine throughout the process and told us how it was (as opposed to what we wanted to hear). The property was priced well, and Matthew and his team put in a lot of discretionary effort to vet the buyers to ensure we got the right people to the auction. The auction process was very nerve racking (they always are), but we felt very supported. In the end, we got the price we wanted, even though there were lots of apartments on the market and there was a lot of uncertainly due to COVID. I honestly believe, we got the price due to the agent and team we had representing us. I would not hesitate to recommend Matthew and will use him again for future property sales.

A great experience selling our unit with Chris through a very difficult market. Chris went above and beyond to help with the last details from a highly demanding purchaser. Thanks Chris.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the market within the Inner West, specifically around the Erskineville area. His knowledge around the market, new developments within the area and understanding the buyers market was extremely helpful throughout the process and spot on. He guided us through the process of selling our first home - he was calm, warm, kind and offered great advice throughout the process.
