Moira is lovely - warm, professional, knowledgeable and importantly, driven : ) We always felt she was on our side and supporting us every step of the way in our sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home. We didn't just meet a great agent but made a new friend at the same time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

In a market which can be very difficult to find genuine agents Chris proved to be one and never misled us at any time and provided us with the full picture with regard to interested parties competing for the deal. He followed up with us sufficiently but without pestering. Gave us the opportunity to opt in or not. He also explained the sellers position to us which helped give us a good insight to his motivations as part of negotiations. Chris was also accommodating when it came to having documents completed. All in all Chris was a good guy to be dealing with and you genuinely felt that he was acting in everyone's best interests.

Ercan has just sold a second property of ours in newtown. Ercan and his team are so easy to work with and we felt assured that we would get the best possible price for our house. This time we sold prior to auction, Ercan guided and advised us throughout the process and we were confident that he had our best interests at heart during the whole campaign. We would whole hearted recommend him and his team to anyone looking to sell in the newtown, Erskineville & Enmore areas.

Moira was extremely helpful, whereas other agents just did not bother to follow up, or let us down and sold without giving us a chance to offer. If we were to sell we would choose Moira who would persist on our behalf. I am sure the vendor is very happy.

Working with Moira was a real pleasure. Moira has a professional, honest and friendly style which allows her to instantly connect with the majority of people. Moira demonstrated tireless dedication during the entire campaign not giving up until we got the price we wanted. Throughout the process, my wife and I were never left wondering what was happening and what the next steps were. Moira managed to continually keep both of us up to date at every step along the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Moira and her team to anyone who was looking to sell their property.

Chris is one of the most genuine, professional and accommodating agents I have worked with. He was attentive at all times and showed a genuine interest in truly understanding my individual circumstances and had the ability to link those with the market conditions. He was patient and always listened to any concerns or ideas I put forward, but also was not afraid to offer advice. I felt very comfortable that Chris was working with me to achieve the best possible outcome! An absolute pleasure dealing with you Chris! Thank you so very much!

We were very pleased to have Ercan Ersan, Shaun Stoker and their team at Ray White Erskineville sell our house. From the get go we were supported with contractors to assist with bringing the final touches to the house for sale, were kept well informed through the campaign by the agents and their useful app. Highly recommend.

Ercan and his team (Astrid, Rebecca and Kate) were helpful at every step of the process in selling our family members home. We had a tight deadline to get the place on the market and they did not disappoint, providing contacts for renovations and advice on styling and marketing. Communication was excellent! We sold at a difficult time for our family and appreciated being able to trust the team to take care of the marketing campaign and auction. The auction attracted a solid number of bidders so we are confident that we got the best price on the day. Thank you!

Ercan and his team just achieved me a building record for my apartment. The entire process was stress free. They had the place painted and styled within a week and sold at auction just like Ercan said it would. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks guys!

The title really says it all, Chris has gone above and beyond what I feel a traditional agent would do to assist me with my sale. He has been a pleasure to work with. My availability was limited between selling, work and an overseas holiday and Chris really simplified the sale process for me by keeping me regularly updated, arranging third party services, providing access to my premises for suppliers when required and assisting me with arrangements when time pressures were making things difficult. I highly recommend Chris to assist with the sale of your property and appreciate all the assistance he has given me.
