We are really happy to have Ray White Erskineville to represent us to sell our investment property. It was a great experience. They are professional, knowledge, and always get back to my phone calls and emails on time. Thank you Shaun and Chris. We highly recommend your company.

Really enjoyed working with Shaun. He gave me good advice, kept me up-to-date on progress with my sale and, above all, was trustworthy. I'd certainly recommend his services to anyone selling a property.

We have observed Shaun's exceptional sales skills in the local market for over a decade, so when it came time for us to sell we had absolute confidence in listing with Shaun - and he didn't disappoint. He exceeded our expectations from start to finish. He was present at every open home and had his finger on the pulse throughout the whole campaign. Shaun has an excellent knowledge of the local market and an exceptional ability to match the right buyers to the house. When we got to the pointy end of the campaign he was an excellent negotiator and the outcome exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to reccommend him.

Ercan was really easy to deal with and matched our vision for how we hoped our campaign would roll out. We had a fantastic result with minimum stress. We would highly recommend his services for anyone planning to sell in Sydney.

Shaun is at the top of his game and is a pleasure to work with. I bought my house from Shaun 13 years ago and he just sold it for me on the weekend. Not only did we achieve a great result but throughout every interaction Shaun was a pleasure to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shaun - he's terrific.

In a rapidly rising market his sales approach is not for the easy quick sale. Instead, Ercan has an innate ability to connect with potential clients & along with an extensive database he expertly draws desirable buyers to the right property. We were continually surprised how much of the local community had interacted with Ercan and had nothing but high praise. On our first meeting, we were initially attracted to Ercan's optimism & clear plan to market our property effectively (his approach was more digital based- online video and less print advertising) that differed from other agents in the area & suited our demographic well. Ercan is caring and diligent by nature, always early to open inspections, immaculately presented and timely in his detailed updates. His passion for connecting desirable buyers to our property became apparent throughout the campaign as did his commitment to our aligned goals promised at our initial meeting. It is clear he is motivated by his desire to be a top performer. Not once did he make us feel we should compromise our sale aspirations, instead focusing on high performance behaviours required to get us there. In our experience he worked reliably in the background yet was always available, which made everything feel seamless & left us empowered with minimal stress throughout the campaign. In a shifting market he expertly guided our expectations keeping us connected realistically to buyer feedback yet over delivered by the end of the campaign. Ercan's negotiation skills are second to none and combined with his honest approach to get the best possible outcome meant we couldn't have hoped for anyone better to represent our interests. In the end he not only exceeded our expectations.. he achieved a suburb record for a 2 bed semi before auction! Ercan is a true professional in every sense of the word and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We could not recommend him highly enough and look forward to working together again in the future.

Shaun's local knowledge and attention he showed us was exceptional. As we don't live in the area this was greatly appreciated. Any time we needed to see him he was always available with advice and suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble. A very professional team of agents working with Shaun. A pleasure to deal with Ray White Erskinville. Would recommend the team to anyone

Shaun Stoker recently sold our property at 12 Malcolm Street in Erskineville. The Service we got from Shaun and his team was exceptional. They are all incredibly thorough, courteous and industry savvy professionals. We got top dollar for our property and were looked after superbly by Shaun and his team at Ray White in Erskineville.

My wife and I purchased a property through Chris early March. Chris is always so professional, easy going and friendly to deal with. He is open and honest about the purchasing process. Chris always follows up with any questions that we had and even followed up with the vendor solicitors which we thought was very proactive. He made time to suit our schedule and we hope to engage Chris next time we need to sell or buy a property. Chris is a definitely part of the A team!

We wanted an ambitious sales outcome and a sales campaign of the highest quality, we are delighted to say that Ercan and his team delivered on both counts. We loved that he was aspirational on our behalf and positive throughout the entire process that a fantastic outcome was possible, we never felt as if our expectations were being managed down. While Ercan is still relatively young he has the ability to quickly and easily establish rapport and trust with vendors and, critically, also with his prospective purchase clients. He is committed to long term relationships with his clients so his strong personal integrity shone through and gave ourselves and prospective purchasers the confidence to actively participate in the sales process. Ercan is professional to a fault, from always arriving on time through to his immaculate presentation, remaining calm during more difficult moments and delivering on what he says he will do. We requested several adjustments during the campaign, these changes were never too much trouble and were always accommodated with courtesy and appropriate advice provided if Ercan thought we were making the wrong move. He is a strategic thinker and open to new ways of doing things so his advice is usually spot on. Ercan is an exceptional person and a credit to his industry so we will have no hesitation when the time comes to sell our next property. Thanks again to Ercan and his team.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Chris on the purchase of my new home. He communicated with me openly and with transparency and was always available to talk to me through the entire process of my purchase. In the lead up to me finding my home, he would always keep me up to date with up coming properties and helped greatly in my search for finding my perfect home! He made what would otherwise be a fairly stressful process as painless as possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
