David is a honest and knowledgeable agent. He does not try to sell you that he can do it and are always pointing out the options so the Seller is well aware of all the possible permutation that could happen in selling a property. He also genuinely care for the sales that he can achieve for the Seller. David is also very responsible and are always prompt in the things he would achieve. That is, he will help arrange for tradies to fix certain areas or staging for the house to ensure everything will go smoothly for the big Auction day.
