Since I decided to engage Place Real Estate as the sale agent of my property, Owen had been providing me with detailed market analysis on real estates in surrounding suburbs which help a great deal of setting up my reserve price of the sale. My questions were always answered and explained in laymen terms. The house did not get sold in auction. But it was sold on the same day after auction above the reserve price. It would not have happened without Owen's hard working and professionalism. I have no reserve in recommending Owen as the sale agent of your property.

We sold our property with Jacky Chu, and from day one Jacky has been very transparent with his plan and approach. Jacky planned an intensive 3 week plan to sell our house and it truely was a very busy 3 weeks for him. He sold our house at Auction with meeting the price range we were looking for. Jacky is truely an amazing Real Estate Agent who works hard to do best for his clients. We would highly recommend Jacky to anyone.

Clear expectations were outlined in advance which is crucial for a big event in your life! Greatly appreciated the breadth of market knowledge from a local agent. It is a competitive advantage for you as a seller or a buyer to have access and valuable insight of the wider Place Sunnybank team/collegiality that no other agency offers.
