Owen and his team did a great job overseeing the process to successfully auction our house, with all open houses and the auction in particular well supported by Place staff. We relied heavily on Owen's experience in finalising the selling strategy. A big thankyou to all of Owen's friendly team, it has been a pleasure dealing with them - very professional and friendly.

Daniel Lin provided us with great support in the process to sell our house at auction. Daniel is a friendly guy and a good communicator and we always felt he had our best interests in mind. We would not hesitate to recommend Daniel to a friend who was considering selling their property. Thanks again Daniel

We meet Jacky at an open home for a unit that we have subsequently purchased. From the very beginning he was professional and polite. The open home was well organised and the small home extremely well presented. Jacky took took time to talk to us and answer our questions and did not rush us and he wasn't pushy. He made the offer process very smooth and I felt that he was doing the best by his client but also was looking after us too. Since our offer has been accepted, Jacky has maintained communication and at all times has been an absolute delight to deal with. He answers emails quickly and is always happy to help. Thanks Jacky, it has been a pleasure dealing with you throughout this process. I would not hesitate to engage Jacky as an agent for a property that I wanted to sell. He's been awesome!

I have been house hunting for 6 months and have met various agents from different real estate agencies. By far the agents from Sunny Bank "Place" are the best to deal with. They are very welcoming in their approach, reliable and knowledgeable in the properties and areas they are doing business. My home buying experience was a breeze. Zero stress . Every aspect of the deal was met very professionally. A Special mention of thanks to agent Jacky Chu .He is a great agent who makes you feel that you are dealing with a friend/family rather than a business.

Jason was the seller's agent. I was the buyer. Throughout the sale process, I had many questions. Jason had put in effort to find the answers for me. He provided all documents I've asked for (e.g. body corp). He contacted the tenants in place for clarification on property conditions. I am satisfied with Jason's service. Thank you.
