Owen is the man! He is a best real estate agent in Brisbane Southside of Sunnybank. While he is working for the seller, he treats buyers equally fair and honest. He knows his area very well and has built up his personal brand as well as his business’s reputation from zero. If I am selling my property in future in Brisbane Southside, he is the man to do the job.

Jacky is a very hardworking professional real estate agent. While he is working for the seller, he treats buyers equally fair and honest. He knows his area very well and works hard to build his personal brand. If I am selling my property in future in Brisbane Southside, he will be on my speed dial.

Can NOT recommend Andy Guo Team from Place Sunnybank to anyone thinking of selling anymore! Andy Guo is such a professional & efficient real estate selling agent with great marketing & negotiation skill, excellent buyer data base & good product knowledge, exceptional customer service. My investment property was sold cash unconditional with cooling off period waived within three weeks from the first date we met, and I did enjoy the selling journey with him. Well done Andy Guo Team!

Jacky was great to communicate with during the whole process before and during the marketing phase. He was quick to pick up the phone, answer texts and emails. He was very professional and knowledgeable and great to have leading our selling team. He provided us confidence on what we needed to do and that we would achieve current market price.

I found Owen and his team a pleasure to deal with. Their knowledge of the current market and the Sunnybank area gave me confidence that they would be able to market, and ultimately sell my property in a short period of time while achieving a fair and reasonable price. They easily met my expectations.

Owen is a very trustworthy agent. He is very talented in his professional. When I decided to sell the house, I have a lot of uncertainty because it is not our will to sell the property in the first place. We have a sudden job appointment overseas and whether renting the property or keep it empty is still undecided. We told Owen that we will try to put it out to the market for a shot period of time.If it was not sold before that, we will terminate the contract and keep the property. Owen and his team are very efficient in their job. Within a few days, all the preparation is completed and my house is ready to show to the buyers. Even before the house is on the market, Owen has already contacted many potential buyers. On the 1st open day, there were about 30+ viewers and my house is sold after the 45-minute-openning! We couldn't believed that is true when we received the call from overseas. That's amazing! I would like to say to Owen and his team: You are extraordinary! and a big "THANK YOU to all of you!"
