Owen helped sold our family home many years ago, and now years later this time round we are pleased to have bought from him. As I would expect from a top agent and office, we are happy with the quality service and support we received by him and his team from start to end. Appreciate his open, honest & genuine approach to both his buyers & sellers. Have no hesitation to use his services again in the future with confidence. Now we have him and his team at Place Sunnybank looking after our investment property in good hands. Would recommend Owen for anyone buying or selling.

6 years ago we bought the house in sunnybank from Owen , back to that time Owen impressed us with his hard working, local property knowledge, his strong ability of communicating with buyer, and his ability to make things moving at Onsite auction event. We like his energy, his honesty and down to earth approach. Now 2021 when we decide to sell the house, Owen is our only choice, we trust him will deliver good result for us, after 3 weeks, Owen conducted the auction, after 21 bids, with more than 10 registered bidders’ competition we sold our house at a good price. Highly recommended!

I felt incredibly confident from the moment I met Owen. His market knowledge is extensive and his ability to formulate an effective strategy is far superior to anything I have seen from other agents. He communicates his expectations as well as buyer feedback clearly and in detail. This direct and honest approach is exactly what I expected from a top rated agent. After working with Owen, there is little wonder as to why he is held is such high regard with the Place group. Our expectations were certainly exceeded in every way. He's just a great guy ... thank you Owen!

We appreciated Owen’s professionalism, local knowledge and perseverance. We consulted with a few agents but decided to sign up with Owen and were pleased that he remained the sole agent showing our home. He maintained consistent communication with us and was respectful of our decisions in the process. Owen achieved a positive outcome for both the seller & buyer. Would recommend Owen and his teams services to others.
