Owen has an excellent knowledge of the Robertson property market. For our property, Owen used this knowledge to inform his marketing strategies which resulted in a successful sale. Owen attracted a wide range of potential buyers and it was pleasing to be able to sell our property within the set timeframe of one month. In summary, we found Owen's knowledge and personal advice to be of great assistance to us.

I was selling my house during the most difficult period during COVID-19 due to job transfer. My house was on the market for few months with my 1st agent without any progress. I contacted the selling principal Owen Chen from Place Sunnybank due to his reputation of achieving the premium price for seller in Sunnybank Hills area. Since owen’s team took over the house, benefited from his large buyer database and superior negotiation skill we received multiple offers and eventually sold the house within 28 days. Highly recommended.
