Owen and his team were very quick and efficient, their marketing quality is second to none, Owen his co agent andy , his team manager Emily worked tirelessly for a good results for us. Although due to the pre Christmas market condition was not ideal, we passed in at auction, owen and his team never gave up, quickly generated an offer for us 1 week after the auction, unfortunately, the first buyer changed their mind and terminate the contract, owen quickly did another open house and generated another offer for us, what a skill for risk management.
