Thanks for Owen and his team for helping us find our next dream house. We appreciate Owen’s way of communication, he provided a lot of useful information to help us form buying decision by using our own pace, his approach is not pushy, everything happened so naturally. His team member Andy Guo even helped us to rent out our ex home. A one stop & five star service.

Andy and the team behind were very professional, kept me up to date at all times. They clearly articulated the Campaign strategy and options, gave detailed feedback on all the buyers and in particular ensured that my house sold at a price I was comfortable with. Thank you Andy and the team for your hard work!

Andy Guo is an experienced professional real estate agent who helps us to find the first home in Brisbane. He was so patient and always very friendly, and most importantly responded to our query as soon as he can. He kept us posted about the relevant listings and open homes based on our actual requirement & budget, but never pushing us for purchasing. We are very impressed with Andy Guo and his representation of Place Sunnybank.
