We had been monitoring the market for around 12 months and had already shortlisted Owen due to his results in the area. We received appraisals from several agents but Owen stood out primarily for his enthusiasm towards the property. That he was suggesting a sale price 10% more than his competitors didn’t hurt either just quietly. We found the whole team to be professional , genuine, and a pleasure to deal with from the time we listed and through to post sale. Owen contacted us to let us know when he had inspections booked, and most impressively, within a few hours after the inspections had been conducted. Emily and the team at the office also communicated with us regularly to make sure we were well informed and understood everything that was happening. We must add that prior to our decision to go to auction - as opposed to a straight sale, we were somewhat sceptical about auctions; but after our initial discussion with you we were convinced that in our current market Auction was the best way to go.
