I watched Owen and his team in auctions by attending them over recent years. What attracted him for us was to see the way he worked bidders at the auction. His ability to do so convinced me he was the best for the job on sale by auction. He knows the market and is realistic in his expectations. Owen was very clear on his expectations, even when his views were not attractive, but he worked hard on everyone to achieve a great attendance on the day. That enabled the registration of several bidders which in turn created a competitive bidding process which brought about a positive outcome. I would strongly recommend Owen for other sellers. His team are all very polite and conscientious and helpful in the process.

We had been monitoring the market for around 12 months and had already shortlisted Owen due to his results in the area. We received appraisals from several agents but Owen stood out primarily for his enthusiasm towards the property. That he was suggesting a sale price 10% more than his competitors didn’t hurt either just quietly. We found the whole team to be professional , genuine, and a pleasure to deal with from the time we listed and through to post sale. Owen contacted us to let us know when he had inspections booked, and most impressively, within a few hours after the inspections had been conducted. Emily and the team at the office also communicated with us regularly to make sure we were well informed and understood everything that was happening. Owen sold the property quickly, was able to generate several competing offers, and ultimately met his premium price suggestion. We couldn’t recommend him and his team highly enough.
