Nicki was the agent of the house we bought and we wish we had chosen her to sell our house. Our agent would hardly take our calls so Nicki helped us with nearly every step of the process. She is a wonderful agent and even better human being- we couldn’t have enough kind words for her. We recommend Nicki to anyone we come across! Best agent on the Sunshine Coast!

Nicki really has her finger on the pulse of the market! If I could give more stars I would. Nicki is a notch above the rest. She is friendly, professional, always punctual and cares about getting the best results. We have not only bought utilising Nicki’s services but also sold two properties. She sold both very quickly and for a price we were happy with. We would highly recommend Nicki.

What a ride Nicki & her team took us on. Well articulated sale 4 days to market 1 open home & SOLD! We could not be happier, open communication, down to earth conversations with true honest perspective. Nicki really captured the vision we had for the sale of our property and really set out to impress even with finding the most perfect buyer to respect and care for the property our family once loved. The service provided by Nicki & her team were 2nd to none and we cannot thank them enough.

Nicki’s real estate knowledge of our area - Kawana Forest - combined with her exceptional people and negotiating skills, ensured we received multiple offers which resulted in her selling our property for a great price - after only one open home! We had been liaising with her for several months prior to actually listing our home and Nicki kept us up to date with market trends throughout this time. Thanks Nicki!
