Leo worked his butt off to get all the parties interested and emotionally invested. He gave us market feedback continuously. He was very transparent and honest. Wouldn’t hesitate to go with him again.

I can’t thank Nhan enough for the professionalism, honesty and dedication he displayed when selling our home. He was personable and gave us 110% from start to finish. We will definitely be using the services of Nhan and the NGU Team in the future and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. Thank you so much Nhan, what a great outcome!!

leo is a very professional and responsible property manager, even though he has sold a lot of houses, he still takes care of each house, he will do an analysis of the price of the neighbourhood, he will also print out the interior of the neighbours' houses, compare them and then analyse the pros and cons. All in all, if I were to sell a house again, I would still choose leo!

Emil’s agent Nhan worked tirelessly doing open homes even on Sunday’s to make sure we had the best shot to sell our property for the highest price possible. When we hit a road block or two Nhan was positive and kept going, he didn’t give in and or complain. In my 20 plus years investing in real estate and selling my properties, Nhan has been the best agent I have come across. Thank you Emil, Nhan and the NGU Admin team.

Working with Nhan and Emil and the NGU team was a delight. I purchased one of their listings, they provided amazing service and helped with every question immediately, i was so impressed with Nhan that i canceled my sale with another agent and had him list mine as well. Then throughout the sale process they were as amazing as while purchasing. So in the space of a few moths i bought and sold through them and their service is outstanding

Leo is a true fully devoted professional! From the very start everything was smooth. Leo and his assistant Andrew carefully listened to us and our needs. Goal and strategy were thoroughly discussed and perfectly executed. Photos were ideal, much better than any previous photoshoots. It is important to note that Leo has an extensive base of clients and prior going to market we already had couple groups viewing the property. Once the property hit the market, first open day had resulted probably in highest number of people we ever had. Leo started working with clients straight away and by late evening of the same day got the result we wanted. We are absolutely happy with the result and very grateful for the perfect job done by Leo and his team!
