Leo went above and beyond with the sale of our penthouse. His communication was 2nd to none. His knowledge of the market and his wisdom, professionalism and reliability makes him an exceptional agent at current market. We have used a few agents over the years but I will definitely be going back to Leo when selling in the future.

Emil and Nhan are wonderful communicators who walked us through every part of the sales process. They are one of the hardest working real estate agents we have ever encountered, facilitating multiple weekly open homes, chasing up every lead and providing written, message and phone updates around the clock. We appreciate the professional approach and wish them all the best.

I would like to give a big thanks to the NGU team, especially Emil, Nhan and Chi who worked very professionally to make our selling experience a dream with amazing results! Would highly recommend having the NGU team on board. Going into selling our house, we thought it was going to be a tedious and lengthy process, however, the NGU team made it an absolute breeze. Their amazing advertisement and social media coverage resulted in our house being sold within one day of being posted

When you sell a property, it appears to be very daunting & you place a lot of trust in your agent. Fortunately Leo is one of those people who provides genuine service. His communication was excellent & he ran us through the whole process step by step and was never far away if you had a question & gave regular updates an a realistic assessment. It was a stress free experience because of Leo. Someone I wouldn't hesitate to contact again should I need to sell a property. Thank you Leo, you are a very genuine person & I'm glad I followed someone's recommendation to contact you. I would pass on that recommendation in a heart beat.

From when we first met Leo & Jeremy we were impressed with the way they approached the selling of our house. They were always highly professional and friendly. We were constantly kept well informed about the market and potential buyers. Open houses were well managed, marketing was exceptional and organised very quickly. All of which led to a very fast sale. Clearly, the team focused on working in our interests and gaining a price for the property that we are very happy with. Thank you, Leo and Jeremy for making this as stress free as possible.
