33 Tooth ave Paddington was the 3rd house Emil has sold for me in the last year and a half. Once again he has come through exceeding expectations with another great result. Most other agents told me that i would be lucky to get $3mill for this property, Emil had a contract to me 3 days before the first open home for $3.3mill. His loud marketing campaigns generated huge interest even before we finished building the house. There were over 300 people through the first and only open home, it was a madhouse.
