Nhan has been very patient, supportive and helpful with our first home purchasing. Can't ask for a better agent than Nhan. He was always doing his best when we need his support. Would definitely recommend him as an agent. Thanks very much Nhan for everything and such a wonderful experience to work you!

Chris was great - I was coming from interstate and he provided me with plenty of information prior to my arrival. Met me at the property in the morning and was then able to come and meet me where I was grabbing lunch later in the afternoon (over 30 minutes away) to help sign a contract to put an offer in.

Nhan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. There were a number of sticking points with my transaction, issues with banks, solicitors, the time of year (right before Christmas). Nhan took it all in stride, always had a positive outlook and was constantly, proactively looking for ways to keep it moving forward. He's a great agent and I'd highly recommend him.

Emil delivers what He promises, they do not pack punches and tell you real advice, with market support. If you want to hear the correct market position, then Emil is your agent. He is supported by professionals who also understand your position before they act. If you need help, TELL Emil, he then delivers according to your situation. Trevor

We bought our home through auction with NGU in December. We found Emil was very friendly and helpful on the day, and from then our dealings were with his wonderful colleague Taylah. Taylah was in frequentll communication with us and always contactable. She is a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to assist us to settlement. We are very happy to recommend the team at NGU Twoong.

Overall satisfied. Only complain i have was the agent tried to push us to take the first offer we received even though it was less than what we wanted for the house. Though this was more Nan than Chris himself.

NGU team did great on the sale of our property. We already recommended Chris and his team to our close friend and certainly we will be working with Chris and Nhan in the near future :)
