Good Agent
Overall satisfied. Only complain i have was the agent tried to push us to take the first offer we received even though it was less than what we wanted for the house. Though this was more Nan than Chris himself.

High Standards
We contacted Chris after having a poor experience with another agent. Chris took care of everything. He built a rapport with our tenants and kept both them and myself up to date at all times with what was happening with the sale. Within a few short weeks he had obtained a contract for a fair market price on our property. I would definitely recommend Chris, Nhan and NGU for selling your property.

Outstanding Agent
We knew our house would be difficult to sell, we were on a strict timeline, so finding the right agent was important. Emil's passion for real estate, his professionalism, his extremely positive approach was exactly what we needed. This is an agent that is at the top of his game, who refuses to give up on any property and who prefers not to talk his sellers down in price but strives to find the best possible price. His agency's philosophy "Never Give Up" is not only a clever marketing name, but is genuine. Emil's positive outlook is contagious. He also has a heart for others and is willing to go the extra mile especially when we thought things weren’t looking too good. His team are also exceptional. Taylah is a gem and was always on the end of the phone whenever we needed her. Emil and his team are fabulous: they are one of a kind.
