Well here i am again writing yet another review for Emil. After getting a great result on my previous house at 226 Swann rd, I didn't have any second thoughts to use Emil again for my next property at 10 Campbell st Windsor. In the first week we had multiple offers on the house which i was eager to sign as i required a quick sale, however Emil wouldn't let me sign anything, and i quote him saying "I'm chasing top dollar, I'm not letting you sign it!" As frustrating as it was for me to hear, i received a phone call one night a few weeks later saying "where are you?" 10 mins later he was at my house with a contract in front of me for $100,000 more than the previous offers..... i think that speaks for itself....

We purchased 10 Campbell Street through Emil, there were a number of hurdles to overcome as financially we had commitments that were causing a concern. The over riding factor was that we loved the house and didn't want to lose it. Emil was always on hand to guide us through the process, was always on time for appointments and gave us unlimited access to house. This gave us an opportunity to really understand the house and picture ourselves living in it. I used the lawyer that Emil recommended who was also first class. All in all a very stressful process was made very straightforward by a very professional organisation. We have an amazing house and couldn't be happier.

This property was on the market for 6 months with 2 other various agents. Emil, handled what was a difficult situation very well. (Our house was on the market a long time) His team created a different marketing strategy which generated interest that ultimately lead to the sale. (They do whatever is required to get the sale across the line including working late on Saturday & Sunday nights. If a sale doesn't go through, it isn't from the lack of trying) Anyone can sell, however Emil's greatness point of difference was looking after our needs post sale. The social media campaign from NGU was what first got my attention. The video was very helpful and their were plenty of photos to get a good understanding of the house. From the start, Emil did a fantastic job selling the key features of the house. Unlike other agents, he was across every detail of the house and the quality of the build. Again, unlike other agents, Emil was not pushy. He always offered another private inspection despite the fact that the house was frequently open for general inspection. As Emil said from the start, he wants the best outcome for the seller and he delivered on this front. When it came down to the final negotiations, Emil never rushed us and gave us plenty of his time. We really appreciate Emil and the owner allowing us to store our furniture in the garage. Emil was also very helpful in me buying the furniture package. Overall, Emil did an exceptional job selling this property. I would recommend NGU to anyone selling their home.
