If you ever rent through them make sure you record every single communication including phone calls. As soon as you pay them the bond you can forget about it as they will steal it to fix the property for the next tenant. Ask many people in Fairfield and they will tell you they never got their bond back. Also if you report any issue, they keep telling you we will look into it for months. Never ever trust them.
