Bad deal with customer

Unfortunately when I speak with the agent they don't have prestige to speak with the tenant that's why we're unhappy with them especially when we wanted to apply for the property 1 prairie vale road Chiara told me sorry we can't accept you while there is no law prevent us from applying

Most professional, understanding and nicest people my fiancé and I have ever dealt with. They keep up to date with us and regularly send emails to inform us if something is missing or if their office is closing for a period of time. They always send us invoices to show our rent has been paid and we’re up to date with everything, they come for routine inspections and always appreciate how neat we keep our house.
