There was no better person we could have entrused to sell our family home that we have lived in for the past 63 year's. Irene was very professional as well as very personable towards our needs. Not only did she guide us through selling our existing home, Irene also navigated us on the purchase of our new home ( which was totally in another area of Sydney) We were absoutley thrilled with the sale of our home and it was Irene that worked so hard to achieve such a great result. Irene is a wonderful sales agent as well a lovely humam being!

Roy was very happy and pleasure to work with. Didn't treat us like a number and spent quality time getting to know us and what we're our expectations. Really pleasing and would recommend Roy to work hard for you.

I dealt with Roy and his team with outstanding results. There is no such thing as NO in their offer and a true passion for all things real estate within the district. Presentation- Precedes - Performance… You will get the results you are seeking.

Very punctual, informative and effective during the whole process from first appointment to the final stages, always in contact with updates. Will seriously consider appointing Irene when selling again. Marando Real Estate as an office was very professional in all matters relating to the sales process.

Irene was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. She was warm, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the inspection process. As a first home buyer, the experience can be overwhelming and at times frustrating, but Irene consistently checked in with me and responded promptly to any questions I had. Her support made a big difference, and I truly appreciated her guidance every step of the way.
