I never met Roy from Marando Realty, he spoke to me just over 8 years, asking me if I wanted to sell my house. My property was left in its original state once my brother died (he had died 2 years prior) I couldn’t bring myself to sell our home so it was left there. Roy left one of his flyers in my mailbox and I called him asking how much it would be worth. From that day onwards he would periodically call me to let me know what the market was doing. Once I made up my mind to sell, I did call another realty office where I was told that I could get $900,000. To say that I was devastated at this amount would be the understatement of the century. Ray told me that I should get between $1,000,000 to $1,100,000. Not knowing that there was a sewer running through my property or that there was an easement as well, Roy went through and contacted all of his builders. The amount of call calling and showing the property that he did was and is amazing. The property sold thanks to his hard work with a 66W even thought it was a sale and not an auction for the grand total of $1,165,000 and amazing sum and we are so grateful to him and his team. Definitely call him if you want results, we are so grateful
